Kiwi
Dreams
ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Lighthouse Gin
- 2 – 3 strawberries
- 2 oz. sparkling wine
- 1 tbsp. peeled, diced kiwi
- ½ ounce Aperol
- Garnish: dehydrated kiwi slices
Directions
Pour sparkling wine into a coupe or martini glass. Set aside. Muddle strawberries and kiwi. Add Aperol and Lighthouse Gin. Shake with ice. Strain into sparkling wine.
Southern
Lights
ingredients
- 2 oz. Lighthouse Gin
- ½ oz. lavender syrup
- 1 oz. Lillet
- 3-4 dashes lemon bitters
- Garnish: lavender sprig
Directions
Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass, or over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lavender sprig across the rim of the glass or grind dried lavender flowers with sugar and rim glass. For the syrup, steep 1-2 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers in 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup of sugar. Strain. Let cool.
Lemon Glacier
ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Lighthouse Gin
- Dash of lemon bitters
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- Garnish: lemon wheel
- ¾ oz. Italicus liqueur
Directions
Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Slide lemon wheel onto rim of glass.
Palliser Sunshine
ingredients
- 2 oz. Lighthouse Gin
- ¾ oz. mandarin orange juice
- 1 oz. limoncello
- Garnish: lemon and orange zest
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Zest a lemon and orange over the surface of the drink allowing zest to settle on the surface.
The cape negroni
ingredients
- 1 oz. Lighthouse Gin
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. Antica Formula Vermouth
- Garnish: orange twist
Directions
Stir with ice in shaker or mixing vessel. Strain into coupe or martini glass. Attach orange twist to rim of glass.
